This completed spreadsheet should be turned into Sale Coordinator for reference next sale.)  * Distribute sales flyers and bookmarks in advance of the sale. * Be at the sale by 12:00pm on Friday for Roll Call.  * Help distribute interior signs to Area Leaders and hang interior signs  * Work in the assigned area for set up  Return Saturday at 12:30pm to check in and help with clean up  * begin removing signs from interior and the streets  * return the signs to the sale and put on truck for storage (if the truck has left, arrange to return them to storage with the Sale Coordinator)  * Turn in the City documentation you received above and Sign Placement Spreadsheet into the Sale Coordinator before leaving. We need this information for future planning! Banner Placement Banners should be placed at either the immediate entrance to the parking lot of the Sale Facility – or the turn off the main road that leads to the Sale Facility. For Example: For Sales at Forsyth Convention Center - if we are allowed - at least one banner should be posted at the intersection of Ronald Reagan and Peachtree Parkway / 141 - with arrows directing people to turn there.
