Someone should always be in your section to assist shoppers. * Toward the end of the sale (usually last 30 minutes of sale), supervise your team as you sort clothes in the Girls’ Clothing section according to seller number.  How racks are arranged: * Racks are horizontally aligned but not touching the wall; allowing plenty of room in the aisle way for shoppers to see the clothing.  * Coat hangers are arranged all the same way so that the tag is facing the shopper.  * The first racks are for the preemie items, then newborn, 0-3 months and so on. * The sturdier and bigger racks should be saved for the larger sized clothing as they weigh more. How clothing is arranged 1. The pajamas should be hung first within each size group so that the shopper can see all the 6-month pjs, etc. 2. Boy/Boy and Girl/Girl matching are included in the Boys’ and Girls’ sections and are placed at the front of the rack for their size. The hangers of these items will be rubber banded together.   3. All other clothes after that.  * If an item is tagged 6-9 months or 18 – 24 months etc., the first number corresponds with the sign, In other words, the 6-9 month clothing would go behind the 6 month sign.  * When possible, keep matching items or coordinating items that are priced separately next to each other to assist shoppers. For example, 2 matching red shirts the same size would be hung next to each other. OR, a red shirt and a blue shirt that look alike (coordinates) and are the same size would be hung next to each other.
